The details matter.
So do the people.

A beautiful home gets your attention. The right advice helps you understand what comes with it.

I bring a building-by-building perspective to Seattle condos and a personal approach to buying and selling across Seattle and the Eastside. The architecture, the financials, the way a place lives. It all deserves a closer look.

And when the keys change hands, the relationship keeps going.

THE CONDO PERSPECTIVE

Fall for the view.
Understand the building.

The questions behind a confident purchase go beyond the front door. Here are three places I start.

01What does the building’s financial picture tell us?

Look at the budget, reserves, reserve study, and meeting records together. They give context for upcoming maintenance and potential costs. A low monthly assessment alone is not the full story.

02What are you actually allowed to do?

Review the governing documents for use, leasing, renovation, parking, and other rules that affect your plans. Verify current policies directly rather than relying on a listing summary.

03How does this home compare within its building?

Floor, orientation, condition, outdoor space, and layout can change the comparison. We look at the specific home and relevant transactions, then put those details in context.
